"Fantastic Support Experience"
I’m completely amazed by the support I received. I dropped them a message thinking the part wasn’t functioning properly, and before I knew it, there was a tracking number for a replacement in my inbox. The product itself is solid and well-constructed. I’m really impressed with the quality, and the price is quite reasonable and lower than others.

"The online catalog needs improvement"
The online catalog is a bit of a letdown, since I struggle to locate what I need. Luckily, I have a paper catalog, and between the two, I manage to find what I'm after. There are things in the paper catalog that I just can't seem to track down online. If it weren't for the paper version, I probably wouldn't have rated it 4 stars. Overall, it's a solid company aside from this issue.
